Kashi Tiles

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Simple terms for a calm puzzle game.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Kashi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are a parent or guardian letting a child use Kashi, you accept these terms on their behalf.

License

Kashi is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on the devices your Apple Account allows. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Your Progress

Your puzzles, collected pictures, and saved games stay on your device (and, for a few preferences, in your own iCloud). We cannot see or restore them. If you delete the app or lose your device, your progress may be lost.

Pictures You Save

You may save the pictures you complete to your photo library and keep them as wallpapers or share them with friends for personal, non-commercial use. The artwork remains our property; you may not sell it or use it commercially.

Analytics And Crash Reporting

By using Kashi you agree that the app and our website may collect the anonymous usage and crash information described in our Privacy Policy. That information is not tied to your identity, is used only to improve the app, and is never sold or used for advertising. If you do not want it collected, please do not use the app.

Support Requests

If you contact us through the support form, you agree that we may store and use your email address and message for the sole purpose of replying to you. Do not send us passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form.

Purchases

Kashi is free to download and has no ads. If it offers a purchase, it is a single in-app purchase made through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms, not by us.

Service Availability

The app checks our server once at launch to see whether an update is needed. That service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice, and the game keeps working without it. We are not liable for any interruption in service.

Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, design, and code within Kashi are the property of Amir Ebrahimi. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
