How do I play?

Drag a piece from the tray onto the board. Fill a whole row or column to clear it. Each level you win reveals one more piece of a painting, and every hand you are dealt can always be played out.

How does the daily quest work?

Every day brings one new puzzle in three parts, the same for everyone. Winning it glazes today’s tile on this month’s medallion. Glaze every tile in a month to collect its sticker. A new quest starts at midnight.

What does Unlock All Puzzles include?

A one-time purchase that opens every puzzle collection, lets you start finished puzzles over, and saves your finished pictures and stickers to Photos. There are no subscriptions and no ads. To buy it, open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Unlock all puzzles, or tap any locked puzzle.

How do I restore my purchase?

On a new device or after reinstalling, open Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my progress saved?

Your puzzles and quest progress are saved on your device, so deleting the app removes them. Updating the app keeps everything.

What data does Kashi collect?

Only anonymous, aggregate usage and crash information, never tied to you. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
